Academic Center
Multipurpose Room
Capacity: 200 people
Rate: $200 / hour (4-hour minimum)
Amenities: TV screen, multiple power outlets, recycling bins, versatile seating (booths, tall tables, round tables, rectangular tables).
Policies: Food and drinks permitted. Furniture may be rearranged within the space, but cannot be removed.
Media Center/ Library
Capacity: 200 people
Rate: $75 / hour (2-hour minimum)
Amenities: TV screen, lounge couches, tall tables, rectangular tables.
Policies: No food or drinks permitted. Furniture may be rearranged within the space, but cannot be removed.
Standard Classroom
Capacity: 50 people
Rate: $75 / hour (2-hour minimum)
Amenities: Tables, chairs, and presentation screens available upon advance request.
Policies: No food or drinks permitted. Furniture may be rearranged within the space, and renters can request different tables and chairs if needed.
Full Commercial Kitchen
Capacity Limit: 15 people maximum.
Rates:
Basic Prep Access: $50 / hour (Covers food prep access only; does not include tables, extra room space, or full appliance access).
Full Equipment Access: $500 / hour (Includes access to the Vulcan convection oven, Garland commercial range, Cleveland steamer, sink, commercial refrigerator, and walk-in freezer).
Policies & Notes: Commercial food warmers are not available or included with rentals.
Athletic Center
Basketball Court
Capacity: 500 people
Rates:
Full-Court Standard Rate: $200 / hour (4-hour minimum)
Full-Court Sports Use Only: $50 / hour (2-hour minimum)
Half-Court Rate (250 people): $100 / hour (4-hour minimum)
Amenities: Tables, chairs, projector, and sound system available upon advance request.
Community Room
Capacity: 150 people
Rate: $75 / hour (2-hour minimum)
Add-Ons: Gym kitchen access is not included by default; it can be added for a $50 flat fee.
Amenities: Tables, chairs, projector, and sound system available upon advance request.

Room rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not confirmed until a completed Facility Rental Request Form is submitted along with full payment. Reservations can be secured using cash, check, or credit card.
