BAAM is proud to partner with Talbot Mentors, Chesapeake Multicultural Resource Center (ChesMRC), and Talbot County Public Schools (TCPS) in bringing the READ Alliance program to Talbot County. For more than 25 years, READ Alliance has delivered a proven model that pairs early elementary students with trained teen tutors, strengthening literacy while providing teens with meaningful paid work experience that builds leadership and job readiness.
